·   Serve as a technical resource concerning veteran programs and services

·   Review, Verify and Process related forms and applications

·   Develop a Training Manual

·   Design a Veterans Affairs certification process including checklist for each new benefit and existing benefits if needed.

·   Train work study staff with intake and processing Veteran documents

·   Train Certifying Officials on how to process paperwork and certify in VA once

·   Testing and Assessment for students
